OConn is an American Pop/Rap Music Artist whose unique style and different sound provides a good vibe with catchy lyrics and melodies. He started writing and recording music at the age of 16 in his bedroom where his dream began to take shape. His passion was fueled by his brother Ryan who was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident in 2007. After his brothers passing, he dedicated his pursuit of a music career to him. OConn didn't share his music with the world until after he graduated High School in 2008. Shortly after graduating, he went on to land the opening gig for many national acts including Mario, Snoop Dogg, and Wiz Khalifa. This DJ had some previous success and OConn saw this as an opportunity to grow. After only staying for a few weeks, he decided that it wasn't the best place for him. OConn packed his bags and moved back home. After the short stint in NY, he released a mixtape that was featured on Datpiff.com that was well received with a 90% like rating.
